For the past two years I have taken two weeks off from my psychotherapy practice to be part den mother, part chauffeur and part tour guide to a group of young South African soccer lads. It is always one of the highlights of my year. I am able to spend enough time with the boys to really get to know each one of them as a unique young person. If these boys are representitive of the future of our planet then I think we are in good hands. Throughout the tour they were responsible and appreciative and kept me laughing most of the time. At the end of the tour I told each of them that if they ever find themselves back in the USA they will always have a place to stay and that I hope they will stay in touch with me.
